Smiling as I type, Heyy Sisters!!! cruising right along? or not so much? lol Personally I felt a bit of temptation today. I actually found myself missing one of the things I'm fasting from. Which made me feel good because It confirmed the sacrifice. It can't be too easy, right? lol
Well today we have a very quick but necessary LOVE OFFERING for you
GET ALL OF IT
Sisters this is a time to be GREEDY for revelation. When you read your daily devotion, don't just read it in KJV. The You Version app gives us access to several versions. So get allll of it! These scripture references are fairly brief and we've learned that sometimes if the scripture is familiar we don't internalize it the same. However, if you also read it in the NIV or MSG version etc. the word sometimes can speak to you in a new way. We truly believe that during a fast you have God's full attention and it isn't because HE is 'listening louder' it's because YOU are expecting and resting in His presence. So again, GET ALL OF IT.
We are expecting some testimonies this week. We are expecting some revelations this week. We are expecting some healing this week. We are expecting some reconciliation this week. We are expecting to be hungrier for HIM then before. Are you expecting it for yourself? Our prayer is that our intentions are intentional about seeking HIM and Being in HIS presence for the remainder of this Fast.
Serve this week sisters. We feel God calling us to be Salt and Light. We pray you are present to the needs of the needy. We pray you are compassionate to the heart of others and we pray you seek wisdom from God about who and what to pursue in this season. Don't be anxious for anything. Lay it at His feet, every worry and approaching deadline and watch HIM 'DO IT AGAIN'!
