God's Trying to Move, So Make Room!

Hey Sisters, 

 

   God is so intentional about sharing this word with you today. When we read certain books in the Bible we realize that some of it seems repetitive. But I heard a prophet say recently, "we must identify the patterns of God. How He moves and how that looks in our life." I don't want this entry to become laborious because I've actually already said what God sent me to say so really quickly

 

I notice in my life God raises a question, for many years it's been the same question but over the past few years the words haven't changed much at all

Is this God's best for me?

This question gave me peace in the middle of heart break, in the middle of medical issues, in the midst of major career decisions, in the midst of relational shifts etc. This question proceeds a mighty change and then a mighty move of God. This question is so powerful because it forces us to shift our perspective. It doesn't say "do I deserve...is it time...am I to blame...do I have enough...etc." It merely says I know God, I know His plans concerning me and is this HIS best for me? You see, He is a God of exceedingly and we are to be obedient servants. So if we know He said

...I will bless you and make your name great, and you will be a blessing

                                Genesis 12:2

than our everyday becomes about, trying to look more like the promises HE has given us. God if I'm expecting your best than I must prepare my life to receive your best. I can't have a refrigerator full of molded, curdled, funky, food that is no longer capable of nourishing me taking up space. How will I be able to receive the 'BREAD OF LIFE' that Jesus is? I Identify that God always speaks to me with that question before a move. Understand that God does not move when it seems like the 'perfect time' because we would give ourselves all the praise. He requires us to make moves of faith. Obedience says, God I notice these eggs are expired, so I'm going to throw them out and trust that when I'm hungry you will provide. That's it, HE IS EVERYTHING that we need. 

God I release every perceived need. I surrender the desires of money, relationship, friendship, validation, security, I surrender it all. Help us father to be sensitive to your voice. To hear when you are saying 'There is no room for me to move in your life' Help us to say I can't make a lil room in the closet, because when God enters He possess. You need more space. You need more of me. You need my attention. So God we give you that. We give you the ability to REIGN in our lives, in every area. The ability to reveal, and release clarity, God show us the areas in our lives that do not represent your BEST and give us peace as we release and expect. Give us sensitivity to your voice. Help us to hear your whisper so that we may be swift to obey. Help us to cling to your promises and search our lives for your presence. We want YOUR best for us, we want YOUR will to be done so God meet us exactly where we are, speak to us specifically and only as you know how. Reveal how you desire to meet with us and we will watch and listen and be careful to give you all the glory with each new revelation. In your mighty name Amen!
