Is Your Presence A Present?

We saw the below post on IG and said, this is essentially what AWE is about!

Ladies take a moment and ask yourselves these questions. If I am like everyone else, doing what everyone else does, responding how everyone else responds, how could I leave em in AWE? Aren't I just like others if my energy when I enter a space is the same as what was already present?

This is a personal intention of mine. It's something that I realize is uncommon and it's exactly why this was the very thing God required me to share with this ministry. I had to learn and continue to learn that it's not my 'job' to teach others this lesson rather to model it and share the beauty of God's intention with it. As women we are identified first with expectations of beauty in some form. As disgusting as that may sound it's true, but we have to identify what is truly beautiful and exude that. It's doesn't mean that if Kim Kardashian is the 'current symbol of beauty' than you are to begin wearing your hair like hers, posing like her, etc. etc. No, you have an opportunity to create the world you want to see by being just that. If you meet a sister who was standoffish and rude, than it's your assignment to never make another sister feel the way you felt in that moment. That's beautiful! To protect another sister from meeting you in the same hurt that was projected on to you, is stunning! 

Sisters, our prayer is that you are intentional about being YOU in every situation. We say that because we know we respond to others by protecting ourselves. But when you're met with hate, still be love. When you're met with negativity, still be positive. When you're met with discouraging conversation still be encouraging. Be the best you in every situation, don't focus on what someone else is not. Simply be the beautiful unguarded person God created you to be. He will protect you from situations you aren't yet prepaid to face. God is so intentional and such a perfect protector, He will even tell you when to not go to a certain place or when it's your time to leave. Be obedient and you'll meet nothing or no one that can take your energy from you. 

Sisters, LEAVE EM IN #AWE!!! In awe by how you respond in crappy situations. Leave em in awe, by how you shine in darkness. In Awe by how you remain happy, hopeful, positive and unwavering after and in the midst of trials. 

Don't focus on being a teacher, your actions speak so much lower than your words!
