I'm changing and I Blame God!

God will let you down, so that HE can be lifted up!

  You see sister it’s not about you. I’m sorry, but it’s really not.  God can’t always give you what you want because you don’t want enough. So if HE gives you the life of ‘petty’ you desire, how could you ever live HIS Jeremiah 29:11 promises?

   This life your living is linked to someone else’s destiny. There is a business your life will inspire. People your legacy will encourage, a generational curse that must be broken through you so God has to ever so often, be God and adjust your wants. I’m not saying God wants to give you the bigger house, the better car, the better looking bae. But I kinda am. I’m saying God wants to give you better, greater, bigger, desires. God wants to mature your palette. Lately all I’ve been hearing God say is ‘appetite’. He keeps saying 'I’m creating an appetite for all that you are'. Perhaps that’s what He is doing through us our entire lives. He is creating a greater appetite in us for HIM.  

Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. 

                                                                                                 Psalm 37:4

   Change is occurring because God is creating a desire in your heart that can’t be met in this same place.  Do yourself a favor and surrender to HIS will. God is not telling you to stalk ol' boys social media pages. God is saying," seek me, desire me, delight in me and you’ll realize I can supply all of your needs according to MY riches and glory"! That end had to come. Word to the wise; blame it on God! He can take the blame, HE delights in the blame because HE WILL GET THE GLORY for your next!

    This is precisely why we must know God's word sisters. If you know He says their will be pain, heartache, enemies, etc. but you also know how much He loves you, that He has plans and promises specifically you; you will begin to see HIM in what is, what shouldn't be, what didn't become and in your potential for tomorrow.

  If you personally or if you know a sister that is having a difficult time adjusting to change please pray this prayer. Thank You Lord. Thank you Father for an opportunity to see you better. Thank You God for trusting me with your best and redirecting me towards my next. God I'm confused but I trust you. I'm hurting but I trust you. I feel betrayed but my hope is in you and I surrender to your will. Speak to my heart Father. Renew my mind. Cleanse my palette so that I may desire the well that never runs dry. Be the comforter that I know you to be. Help me to recall the many things I wanted that you protected me from and to glory in your change. Help my wants, help my unbelief, help my desires and help me to look more like the person you are calling me to be. In your precious name, AMEN!
